I haven’t received my parcel yet, is that normal?

How do I return an item I am not happy with?
If your purchase does not meet your expectations, kickers.co.in provides a completely free returns service.
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are available in certain cases. To initiate an exchange, use the Exchange Button in your customer space and follow the next steps.
How much time do I have to return my order?
You have 15 days from the date of receiving your parcel to return your product. Returns requested after this period will not be validated by our after-sales team.
My product is defective. What should I do?
We apologize if you received a defective product. You can return or exchange the item by following the standard returns process in your customer space. When will I get my refund?
You will receive your refund within seven days after your returned parcel is received at our warehouse. If you do not receive your refund within this timeframe, please contact our Customer Service team for support.
How much does it cost to return my item?
Returns are free on kickers.co.in. You will not be charged any fees, and your refund will be processed promptly.
