My order
To place an order on Kickers, navigate to the product page of your desired item. Select your preferred size and color, then click “Add to cart.” The product will be automatically added to your cart, which can be accessed at the top right corner of the website. You can continue browsing or proceed to check out. To finalize your order, go to your cart, review its contents, and click “Checkout.”.
After successfully completing your payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your Customer Account. This email will contain details such as your order number, products ordered, and the estimated delivery date. If you do not receive this email, an issue may have occurred during payment, indicating your order was not registered and your money will not be debited.
The delivery parcel should arrive within 3-4 days of the order date.
To track your order, please click here "Track Your Package" or you can click on 'Track your Order' in the footer and provide your details.
Delivery
We use Shipway as our courier aggregator, allowing access to a wide range of reliable shipping partners, including Bluedart, Delhivery, and others.
If the delivery date has passed, please contact our Customer Service at kickersonline@kotharis.in for assistance.
Returns and refunds
If you are not satisfied with your product, kickers.co.in offers a free returns service. Please refer to our Free Returns section for detailed instructions.
Exchanges are available in specific cases. Use the Exchange button in your customer space to initiate an exchange.
You have 15 days from the date of receipt to return your product. Return requests made after this period will not be validated by our after-sales team.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by defective products. You can return or exchange the item by following the standard returns process in your customer space, specifying the reason for the return and attaching a photo clearly showing the defect. For more information, visit our Free Returns section.
Your refund will be processed within seven days of the parcel being received at our warehouse. If you do not receive your refund within this timeframe, please contact our Customer Service team.
Returns on kickers.co.in are free of charge, ensuring you won’t pay any fees, and refunds are processed quickly.
Payment
Credit and Debit Cards: We accept all major credit and debit card networks,
including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and RuPay.
Net Banking: Payments are accepted from 50+ banks, including SBI, ICICI Bank,
HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, Kotak Bank, and Yes Bank.
Payment Wallets: Pay via popular online wallets like Paytm, Google Pay, and Ola
Money using OTP authorization for a seamless checkout.
Cash on Delivery: Available as a payment method for added convenience.
My account
Creating a personal account on kickers.co.in comes with many benefits. Refer to the “How do I create my personal account?” section under My Account for instructions.
To update your contact details, go to the “Personal Information” section of your account. To change your password, you will need to enter your current password for confirmation.
Click “My Account” at the top right of the page and select the “Forgotten your password?” link. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
